The US governments digital service playbook was born out of the failures of HealthCare.gov.

I thought it was awesome when I first wrote this as a draft post in 2014. After a quick peek at some of the plays, it’s still something that can be modified and used by many teams wanting to improve how they are delivering value through software in or out of government.

You can actually find this in github so it is open which is a theme of Code for America.
